The ” Slope-Intercept Lesson and Activity Sheet” resource is a lab simulation in which students identify the slope and y-intercept of a line when given its graph or equation in slope-intercept form. Students graph lines when given equations in slope-intercept form and write equations in point-slope form when given a graphed line. It includes a student handout and teacher notes with a warm-up introduction, guided exploration, and follow-up discussion. An annotated teacher lesson plan is also included with classroom teaching tips. The accompanying simulations can be found here: https://phet.colorado.edu/en/simulation/graphing-lines and https://phet.colorado.edu/en/simulation/graphing-slope-intercept
