This activity packet consists of three activities. The first covers important terms and concepts such as a hue and complimentary colors to familiarize students with the knowledge they need for the upcoming activities. The second activity introduces the concept of saturation and how artists use saturation to draw the human eye over a painting to notice certain things first. The third activity discusses hot and cold colors and how artists use them in their paintings as well.
