This open online course introduces statistical tools and techniques used by modern statisticians. The course should be taken after an Introduction to Statistics course. Students learn to design experiments and test hypotheses using multiple and nonlinear regression and nonparametric statistics. Students also learn to write scripts to carry out analyses in R, a powerful statistical programming language.
