“Australian Aboriginal Art and Storytelling” are three classroom activities that introduce students to Australian Aboriginal culture. Students analyze and discuss the stories presented in Aboriginal artwork, as well as listen to myths relayed through the oral tradition of storytelling, and then respond to the stories. Teachers can use these activities to teach folktales, myths, morals, and cultural studies.
